New classes of quadratic bent functions in polynomial forms (1305.3700v3)

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new construction of quadratic bent functions in polynomial forms. Right Euclid algorithm in skew-polynomial rings over finite fields of characteristic 2 is applied in the proof.
