Dark states in multi-mode multi-atom Jaynes-Cummings systems (1304.6240v1)

Abstract: We consider a system consisting of N two-level atoms inside an M-mode degenerate, driven cavity. We discuss the formation of dark states in this system and derive the conditions required for the observation of the dark-state anti-resonance in the cavity emission.
