The phase diagram of N_f=2 and N_f=2+1 QCD from quark and gluon propagators

Published 19 Nov 2012 in hep-ph and nucl-th | (1211.4471v1)

Abstract: In this talk we present results for the propagators and the phase diagram of QCD, obtained from a truncated set of Dyson-Schwinger equations at finite temperature T and quark chemical potential mu. We include back-coupling effects of the dressed quark and gluon propagators, which also allows us to study the influence of strange quarks. For the phase diagram we find a critical end-point at mu/T = 1.9 and coinciding chiral and deconfinement phase transitions.
