The Cauchy dual subnormality problem for cyclic $2$-isometries (2003.04090v1)

Abstract: The Cauchy dual subnormality problem asks whether the Cauchy dual operator of a $2$-isometry is subnormal. Recently this problem has been solved in the negative. Here we show that it has a negative solution even in the class of cyclic $2$-isometries.
