On non-selfadjoint operators with finite discrete spectrum

Abstract: We consider some compact non-selfadjoint perturbations of fibered one-dimensional discrete Schr\"odinger operators. We show that the perturbed operator exhibits finite discrete spectrum under suitable- regularity conditions.
