One-loop UFO generation in Matchete

Develop a one-loop UFO implementation in Matchete by incorporating the ultraviolet and $R_2$ counterterms required for one-loop event-generator calculations.

Background

The presented interface generates UFO files only for tree-level simulations. The UFO framework supports one-loop calculations, but these require ultraviolet and R2R_2 counterterms together with the corresponding additional files, which are not yet generated by the implementation.
