Background

The paper evaluates ATIBA primarily through a moderated user study with 13 non-author participants, measuring perceived usefulness across its reference-integrity, venue-compliance, empirical-standards, AI-review, and citation-suggestion workflows. Although the study provides evidence of perceived usefulness, it does not establish how accurately the system identifies reference defects, compliance violations, or other manuscript-quality problems. Objective accuracy therefore remains unresolved and requires dedicated evaluation.
