Prove that every Legendrian R-link is contact-(+1) handleslide equivalent to a max-Thurston–Bennequin unlink.

Background

The paper proves only the stable Legendrian generalized property R statement: stabilization by adjoining split max-Thurston–Bennequin unlinks makes every Legendrian R-link equivalent to a max-Thurston–Bennequin unlink. The unstabilized equivalence remains explicitly unresolved.
