Independent Hamiltonian matching for the New General Relativity charge

Establish whether the translational charge assigned to the exact New General Relativity solution agrees with an independently defined asymptotic Hamiltonian charge of that same model.

Background

The paper evaluates the translational excitation for an exact static, spherically symmetric New General Relativity solution and obtains a charge-to-Kepler-mass ratio related to the post-Newtonian spatial-curvature parameter. This provides a definite charge assignment within the paper’s normalization.

However, the calculation is not matched to an independently derived Hamiltonian or covariant-phase-space charge for the same non-Einstein theory. Such a comparison is necessary to determine whether the assigned translational charge has the intended canonical interpretation away from TEGR.

References

Independent matching to an asymptotic Hamiltonian charge of this New General Relativity model remains open and does not follow from the TEGR normalisation.
