Further exact values or a general formula for four columns

Determine further exact values of the four-column recursive-line and related Zarankiewicz parameters, or derive a general formula for the four-column family.

Background

Prior work cited in the paper establishes exact small-parameter equalities for several four-column cases, namely m=4,5,6,7,8. The authors ask whether the methods used for those cases can be extended.

The unresolved issue is whether additional exact values, or ultimately a general formula, can be obtained for the four-column family.
