Extensions to alternative objectives and scheduling environments

Extend the Project Scheduling Interdiction Problem with Delay Groups framework to alternative objective functions and more complex scheduling environments, including weighted completion time, tardiness measures, multi-project settings, and resource-constrained project scheduling.

Background

The presented model concerns precedence-constrained projects without resource constraints and maximizes the worst-case project makespan. The authors explicitly identify broader objectives and richer project settings as unresolved extensions of the framework.

The proposed directions include weighted completion time, tardiness, multi-project scheduling, and resource-constrained scheduling.

It would also be interesting to extend the framework to alternative objective functions and more complex scheduling environments, for instance weighted completion time, measures of tardiness, or multi-project and resource-constrained settings.
