Establish the Lagrange-spectrum results for norms beyond the Euclidean norm

Establish whether the theorem on the distribution of points near the origin in the d-dimensional Lagrange spectrum remains valid for norms other than the Euclidean norm, with appropriately modified parameter bounds.
