Characterize the left-Sigma-two real values that can occur as Hausdorff dimensions of computable profinite groups that are also topologically finitely generated.

Background

Every left-Sigma-two real is known to occur for a computable profinite group with a computable subgroup. The additional requirement of topological finite generation may restrict the possible values.
