Definition of an appropriate valued minion

Clarify and formalize a canonical definition of a valued minion (an abstract minion of plurimorphisms) with natural closure laws, improving on the current liberal definition and aligning it with the intended semantics of valued polymorphisms.

Background

For the main reduction theorem, the paper introduces a very permissive notion of a valued minion purely to support reductions. The authors state that this choice is temporary and that the right abstract definition is not yet clear.

A sharper definition would likely streamline the Valued Minor Condition problem and the homomorphism framework, mirroring the crisp setting where minions are well understood.

References

For the reason explained in the last paragraph of~\cref{subsec:valued_polymorphisms} it is not clear yet what a valued minion should be. For now we choose the most liberal definition, which should be regarded as temporary.
