Develop a comprehensive theory of covering-sequence codes

Develop a comprehensive study of covering-sequence codes, extending beyond the paper’s primary emphasis on single covering sequences.

Background

A covering-sequence code is a set of cyclic sequences whose consecutive n-tuples collectively form a covering code. Although the paper introduces and uses such codes in several constructions, its main results concern individual covering sequences. The authors therefore leave a broader systematic investigation of covering-sequence codes as an unresolved research direction.
