Baire measurable Vizing theorem

Establish a Baire measurable version of Vizing’s theorem for graphs of maximum degree Δ, namely a Baire measurable edge coloring with Δ+1 colors.

Background

The paper notes that Δ+2 colors are known to suffice for Baire measurable edge colorings and asks whether the Vizing bound can be attained.
