Abstract: I review few selected topics on recent theoretical progress in top physics. In particular I will discuss recent progress in the computation of the relationship between the MS-bar and pole top mass, in the NNLO calculation of top differential distributions, and in the simulation of top production and decays. Implications for top mass measurements will be discussed.
